Before

Previously, the Benefits Department group page in the internal platform displayed only the products: medical coverage options, commuter and adoption Programs, etc., as shown below. The thumbnails didn’t lead to the specific topic if you clicked on them; they all led to an inaccurate search results page.

After

After a year of working with SMEs and UX experts, I deployed the content strategy to organize high-search volume topics in sessions in the Promo Bar to include all products, as well as COBRA, Section 125, Wellbeing, and more. Now each thumbnail leads to the the respective toolkit. The goal to mirror the benefits content both in the internal and external environments was accomplished!
